I want to share with you the keys to 4 extraordinary practices that will absolutely transform your life, starting from now.
Trust me on this one.
You do not have to settle for the status quo.
You can become the woman you’ve always dreamed of.
You can have the wealth, impact and happiness you desire.
And most importantly, you are meant to have a fun time doing all of this.
My guess is that if you’re listening to this, you’re ready to make some big changes.
Because the truth is you’ve already got what it takes to achieve your creative, spiritual and financial dreams right now. You just need to check in with the REAL you and refocus.
The only thing missing right now is your decision to start to make it happen.
So let’s get started…………The first Key to transforming your life Is Being Aware.
You cannot create a map to your new wonderful future if you have absolutely no idea where you are right now.
To Understand where you are in you life is actually much easier than you think.
It is as simple as taking stock of how you are feeling. By addressing awareness and how to be 100% present throughout your day.
If you feel happy on a daily basis you are trucking along the right road. If you have the money you need, the health and friendships you desire you can be well assured you traveling first class on the right path.
However, if you are living with the nagging undercurrent of fear, worry and stress due to lack of money, love or creative fulfillment, you need to start with examining your sense of self and direction?
By being aware you will begin to experience what you need to do to help you achieve those special dreams and ambitions you intuitively know should be yours.
So how do you start to shift out of a “non serving”non aware state of mind?
Pretending that today is the last day of your life is a little over the top, BUT by getting clear that this new fresh day is bursting with possibilities is a habit that many successful people practice. Whatever faith you exam, each one has it’s own variation on being present. So lets look at a couple of practices to set your day off on the right foot.
* Remind yourself that this is a fresh day, a clean slate. Run over your schedule of events. See yourself gliding effortlessly through the day. You are not going to feel tired or rushed. People are going to treat you with a positive attitude. Throw in some magic, think of someone you would love to chat with, imagine how it would feel if you won that competition you just entered. Have fun with playing these little mind games.
Start practicing awareness as many times as you can throughout the day, try and check in with your feelings. Give yourself little reminders. Whether it is a note on your mirror, when the phone rings, make it a personal reminder to be aware of HOW you are feeling at that moment.
Every time you find yourself feeling “Bad” run over the things you are grateful for. Gratitude is a very powerful practice. By thinking of what you desire then having thoughts of gratitude about them, you are speeding them to you at lightening speed. I used this very practice to create a life that I had always dreamed of. I grew up in the UK, think dark, cold gray, and transformed my life, through my thoughts first, which eventually transpired to me living to Hawaii. I achieved this by giving thanks and feeling as though I already lived there. I had no doubt in my mind and followed the path with gratitude. I continue to give thanks every day.
Remember, when you feel bored or irritated it is life telling you that you are on the wrong path. Although you cannot chuck in your job today, or pick up and leave your life as it is, by taking small positive steps the fog will start clearing and you will start to see alternatives emerging. Having this awareness is the first step to regaining control over your life.

Once You have Opened Up To Awareness, You are Given The Key To Passion.
Once your awareness has kicked in it is time to reignite passion. I am not talking the between the sheets kind, {although that is of course part of it!!!} but how to find passion for every thing that you do.
To maintain passion in your life it must be worked on, just like a marriage or any other long-term relationship. When life gets busy and you don’t pay attention to yourself like you should, you can get stuck in a rut. You need always to be working to bring new energy and new tricks into it to keep life fresh and vibrant.
For most people, the road to connecting with passion begins with practicing good self-care. This means slowing down, spending time with yourself, taking good care of your body and mind, nurturing your spirit, and engaging in activities that will move you out of your head and into your body.
Once you become passionate about your self-care, you’ll know you’re on the right track.
To take care of yourself it is vital to ensure you are in a good mood as much as possible, I strongly suggest you listen to an inspirational speaker while you get breakfast underway, or you are driving. I love to listen to Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor to mention a few favs. To take it a step further, unclutter your mind from the news. It is hard to find passion in life when you are bombarded with saddness and conflict.
You must ensure you are in a rested state,. You cannot be present unless you are in a rested state. A healthy night time ritual is essential to waking up feeling well. If you tend to stay up to late I strongly recommend a “a night time” alarm. Set it for 9 PM. At this time you switch of the TV, your computer and start to wind down. Yoga, reading, hanging out with your loved ones. This is vital to ensure you get enough rest to be dynamic the next day.
A flush of oxygen to your brain does you wonders. Can you take a 10 min walk outside? Even if you cannot get outside, 20 jumping jacks, a few sun salutations . Something to help you breathe. {Having a good laugh works just as well!} It is key to remember that it is impossible to feel passionate when we are feeling sluggish.
Of course this leads to eating and feeding your body. To feel vigor and inspired enough to act on our passion we must eat well. I ensure that I eat a good breakfast as I find if my day starts well it generally goes well. A little extra b vitamin love really makes a difference for me in the early morning. Throw in a little green tea and am raring to go.
So when you feel rested and nourished you will start to remember what it is that you really wanted from life. Those deep desires will float to the surface. Dreams of traveling around the globe, taking your daughter to the ballet at christmas, running a marathon, a yoga retreat in Bali, sipping a chilled glass of crisp white wine while with great friends. There is so much wonder, excitement, beauty in our world. When you take care of your basic needs you are able to start dreaming again.
These positive feelings is what it is to live at your fullest potential.
This is not rocket science but it amazes me how many of us still do not follow these simple effective practices.
When you are involved with your passion, You Are GIven The Key To Identifying Your Interests.
Your know, lifes all good… until, suddenly, you realize you’re bored. You’ve hit the maintenance phase, where putting yourself through the days activities is dull and you almost feel numb. You have lost the joy in the small things in life. We all hit these moments in life, the question is, What do you do about it?
The key to really connecting to your life , is to “find the things that really ignite your interests, and explore them more deeply”.
True happiness comes when you do what you are most passionate about.
If you have not achieved your life’s dreams, now is the time to take stock of them. List them, how would it feel to have achieved even one of them.
The key action here is to FEEl. How does it feel to have a successful home business? How does it feel to travel the world, run a marathon? write that book? own that house?
Your feelings are your own GPS system. If it feels good you are on the right track.
The 3 previous keys lead you to a powerful place where you will be attracting and associating with positive people.
At this point you are ready to move forward in life. You need to start to look at who is around you, “What are these associations doing to me?” That’s a major question to ask. What have they got me doing, listening to, reading, thinking and feeling? You’ve got to make a serious study of how others are influencing you, both negatively and positively.
“Is that okay?” Maybe everyone you associate with has been a positive, energizing influence. Then again, maybe there are some bad apples in the bunch. All I’m suggesting here is that you take a close and objective look. Everything is worth a second look, especially the power of influence. Both will take you somewhere, but only one will take you in the direction you need to go.
Use this key wisely and start today.
So how do you handle associations or relationships that are holding you back?
1) Disassociate. This is not an easy decision, nor something you should take lightly, but in some cases it may be essential. You may just have to make the hard choice not to let certain negative influences affect you anymore. It could be a choice that preserves the quality of your life
2) Limited association. Spend major time with major influences and minor time with minor influences. It is easy to do just the opposite, but don’t fall into that trap. Take a look at your priorities and your values. We have so little time at our disposal. Wouldn’t it make sense to invest it wisely?
3) Expanding your associations. This is the one I suggest you focus on the most. Find other successful people who you can spend more time with. Increasing your circle of influence is one of the most powerful life moves you can make. Now, this is not just about financial success; it can be someone who you want to learn from about having a better marriage, being a better parent, having better health or a stronger spiritual life. By connecting with like minded people who are actually living the life you dream of, you can study them, quiz them and follow their map of actions that led them to success.
